Shift: Nights / 7p-7:30a, 12x3, 36hrs per week
Length: 13 weeks
Work every other weekend and every other holiday weekend sick calls are to be made up the following weekend
Requirements:
- IL License
- 2 years' experience
- Epic experience a must
- Stroke experience
- Neuro step down experience
- Trach-Vent experience
- BLS
- ACLS
- NIHSS
Other Details:
- Locals accepted
- Neuro stroke step down unit ratio 1:3, 1L4; tele patient ratio 1:5

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
