Shift:Days, 7:30a-4p, 8x5, 40 hours per week
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- ME License
- 5+ years' experience
- Must have Discharge planning and care coordination experience
- BLS
Float: would need to be able to cover Care Management department needs
Patient Ratios: 1: 20-24

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
