- Perm employees cannot return as a traveler for 2 Years after last day worked perm
- Flu Shot: Please DO NOT SEND ANYONE WHO REFUSES FLU SHOT WITHOUT MEDICAL PROOF. Requires all personnel take flu vaccine unless they have allergy documented by an allergist or physician record. FLU SEASON IS OCTOBER 1st - MARCH 31st. NOT REQUIRED OUTSIDE OF THAT WINDOW.
