Epic Travel Staffing is hiring a Travel - Physical Therapist
Shift:Days / 8a-4:30p, 8x5, 40hrs per week
Length:13 weeks
Weekend/Holiday : Weekends will be required and negotiated on contract, holiday rotation
Requirements:
- WI PT license
- 1+ year outpatient ortho experience
- Graduate of a PT program
- AHA BLS
- Epic charting experience preferred
Other details:- COVID Vaccine required (exemptions will be considered)

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $2493 per week
