Sodexo is seeking a Part-Time (24-29 hours per week) Dietitian Nutritionist I-HC to join their clinical team at Colleton Medical Center, a 135 bed acute care community hospital in beautiful Walterboro, SC. (Only one hour from Charleston, 50-60 miles from Savannah, GA and 30 miles from Summerville, SC). This position will work 24-29 hours at Colleton. The facility delivers high quality care to residents, including cardiac services, and surgical services.

The successful candidate will:
- Be a Registered Dietitian with at least 0-3 years of experience, will be responsible for covering adult patients.
- Maintain responsibility for comprehensive nutrition assessments and reassessments, intervention including nutrition support, education, and counseling of inpatients per the Nutrition Care Process model
- Provide education to patients, as well as staff and work well with physicians, nursing, occupational and speech therapists, and other ancillary staff
- Be flexible
- May assist in outpatient servicesas needed

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement:
Master's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
For those eligible for the registration exam prior to 1/1/24:
Bachelor's degree with completion of required coursework and supervised practice as dictated by the Accreditation Council for Education in Nutrition and Dietetics (ACEND)
Credentials Requirement:
Meets eligibility requirements for Registered Dietitian Nutritionist (RD/RDN) by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) and will become registered within 120 days of hire. In some states and/or facilities the RD/RDN credentials is required at the time of hire
Certification/licensure as required by state(s) of practice. In some states and/or facilities state certification/licensure is required at the time of hire
