Sodexo is seeking aEnvironmental Services / CustodialOperations Manager 2atAltru Healthlocated inGrand Forks, ND, and it's surrounding clinics.This position will report on a Monday-Friday 2nd shift, 2:30pm - 11:30pm schedule.

The successful candidate will:
- Have 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services, preferably in a healthcare environment.
- Be responsible for driving client and patient satisfaction scores;
- Provide a clean and safe environment for patients, visitors and staff and works closely with the Infectious Control department;
- Work with the Environment of Care Committee and Infection Prevention Director;
- Effectively manage the Unit Operating System; and/or
- Support a diverse and inclusive workforce.

- Have experience driving customer service and/or guest satisfaction results;
- Have in-depth knowledge of housekeeping systems and procedures;
- Have strong financial acumen and budget management experience;
- Are proficient with computers and other technology
- Can work a 2nd shiftschedule from2:30pm - 11:30pm.

Basic Education Requirement -Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years of work experience in Housekeeping, Environmental or Custodial Services
