We are a leading marketing and advertising agency who isseeking an experienced Account Coordinator to join our team. The Account Coordinator is a liaison between clients and internal departments to coordinate efficient, accurate and timely support for marketing jobs and deliverables. The successful candidate will thrive in a high-energy, fast-paced environment, possess exceptional organizational and communication skills, have a positive and proactive attitude and demonstrate a sincere interest in the clients’ business.

Responsibilities:

  • Strengthen client relationships though support of assigned team
  • Support client lead or account manager in daily deliverables regarding the work including specific steps needed to move the work forward, adhering to schedules, clarifying content for team members and understanding the job budget parameters
  • Communicate with clients on job content, deliverables and schedules under the guidance of an account manager and/or creative lead
  • Provide exceptional client service and gain familiarity with the client’s industry, services, and culture
  • Coordinate or participate in any phase of the job lifecycle, including planning, development, testing, implementation, documentation and closure
  • Coordinate internal, partner and client meetings
  • Draft and distribute documents related to the production of work including PRFs, job briefs, meeting notes, agendas and other platforms where work progress and completion are recorded (e.g., Function Point).
  • Fact-check jobs prior to being released to clients
  • Partner with project management team to keep jobs running on time and on budget
  • Gather client data for marketing reporting

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, advertising, communications or related field
  • 2+ years of account coordination experience within an advertising agency, senior living experience is a plus
  • Ability to independently manage multiple clients and projects simultaneously
  • Communicate effectively, both verbally and written, with clients and team members
  • Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
  • Attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Knowledge of estimate and budget development
  • Ability to be flexible in a changing work environment and work well under pressure
  • Results-oriented and self-motivated
  • Collaborative, positive and team-oriented mindset
  • Proficiency in Excel and Word required
