Shift: Days / 7a-5:30p, 10x4, 40hrs per week, Mon-Sun (variable), no call
Length: 13 weeks
Requirements:
- OR RN License
- 2 years of Oncology experience needed
- Chemo Cert & ONS required
- BLS
- 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required.
Role: Community Hem/Onc Infusion Nurse
Primary site CHO Tualatin
Shifting: 4X10 Days; 07:00 - 17:30 Monday-Sunday variable
Contract Length: 13 Weeks
On Call: No
Patient Population: Adult Hematology- General medical oncology. RN navigator will provide patient education and care coordination. Community Hem/Onc is comprised of 5 clinics.
Certifications: BLS Required, Chemo Cert & ONS Required,
Experience: 2 Years of Oncology Experience needed, the RN will be providing education and care coordination. 1 year of Ambulatory infusion experience required

Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
