Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel - Physical Therapist - SNF
Shift: Variable Days/ 8:30a-5p or 7a-3:30p, 8x5 40hrs/week,Tues-Sat
Length: 13 Weeks
Weekend Requirement: 1 weekend day required per pay period
Holiday Requirement: per our hospital policy - 1 holiday of (Thanksgiving, Christmas or New Years Eve)
Requirements:
- CA license
- 2 years' experience
- Must haves: Acute care and/or Skilled Nursing Facilities, orthopedic, general surgery, generalized debilitation, stroke, cardiac surgery
- BLS
Charting System EPIC
# of patients treated per day: "6 hours of direct patient care
Generally 6-7 sessions are scheduled (3-4 patients)"
Common diagnosis/Types of patients: "Orthopedic, general surgery, cardiac surgery generalized weakness and deconditioning from hospital stay, pneumonia/sepsis, CHF"

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $2496 per week
