Milton Hershey School (MHS) is one of the world’s best pre-K through 12th grade private schools, where qualifying students live on campus and receive a top-notch education, health care (which includes comprehensive medical, dental, and psychological care), and morewith all costs covered. Thanks to the generosity of Milton and Catherine Hershey back in 1909, the school is fully endowed and is growing to serve more students! As a result of this growth, we anticipate future hiring and are accepting applications from dental care professionals.
MHS health care facilities include three school-based dental offices where the professionals possess a strong clinical skillset to provide preventive dental care, so students have immediate access to high-quality dental wellness. When students have specialized dental needs, dental staff provide the students with transportation to and from their off-campus medical appointments. Schoolwide initiatives related to wellness ensure that a holistic and healthy approach to student development is embraced throughout the students’ MHS experience. MHS’s dental care staff are dedicated to excellence and collaboration to ensure student success.

Qualifications:
- Degrees of certification/license in dental care.
- Experience providing pediatric dental care to diverse students from disadvantaged backgrounds desired.
- Positive behavioral management skills.
- Highly skilled in effectively collaborating with others, including multi-disciplinary teams.
- Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills are required.
- Must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as all staff are considered role models for students.
- Candidates must be willing to actively engage with students beyond the classroom.
