Job Summary
Responsible for installing, troubleshooting, and maintaining production and facility equipment to support business goals while ensuring safety and efficiency.
Qualifications
- High school diploma/GED; AA in mechanical, electrical, or industrial maintenance preferred.
- Manufacturing experience, with hydraulic and induction furnace knowledge.
- Experience maintaining large industrial equipment and reading blueprints.
- PLC programming, welding, and electrical systems experience preferred.
- Ability to work independently or as part of a team. ISO 9001 experience is a plus.
Key Responsibilities
- Install and maintain production machines and foundry equipment.
- Conduct emergency repairs and scheduled maintenance.
- Diagnose mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues.
- Ensure safety regulations are followed and maintain clean work areas.
- Perform preventive maintenance and assist with annual shutdowns.
Physical Requirements
-Regular bending, lifting, standing, pushing, and pulling of heavy parts and machines.
