Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Inside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for exceptional customer service and personal growth.

Responsibilities
- Conduct outbound calls to potential customers to introduce products and services
- Utilize inside sales techniques to generate new leads
- Communicate effectively with customers to understand their needs and provide appropriate solutions
- Submits appropriate paperwork to management

-Understands and supports company sales policies and procedures to provide proper and effective service to all customers and fosters the development of long-term business relationships.

-Assists in resolving customer complaints in a timely manner, notifies management of problems and suggests corrective actions.

-Collects and reports competitive information to management.

-Participates in continuing education training regarding company products and services.

-Maintain Salesforce call reports daily.

Experience
- Proven experience in inside sales or a similar role with two or more years of experience.
- Familiarity with software or technical sales is advantageous
- Excellent communication skills in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently
- Strong customer service orientation with a focus on building relationships
