This position has been segmented as Hybrid meaning there is a combination of three onsite days and the rest remote.
Responsibilities:
Support Regional Facility Managers with capital project initiation, budget tracking, invoicing, and project closure with Fixed Assets
Identify and drive continuous improvements in Facility Management processes by utilizing Office 365 tools such as Team, Flow, and SharePoint
Analyze and provide monthly summary report for distribution of the CMMS(Maximo) completed and past due work orders by market
Work with Supply Chain/Operations Finance to analyze and identify gaps in monthly expense performance by market, then create and distribute reports to Regional Facility Managers
Support Corporate sustainability goals to reduce greenhouse gas emissions by 32.5% by 2032 as compared to 2019 by identifying and implementing energy efficiency and renewable programs along with Demand Response opportunities
Support Director in gathering Facility annual greenhouse gas emissions data
Serves as Corporate Facilities liaison to Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team
Coordinates schedule with Markets for annual fuel tank cleaning, as required by US Foods Environmental Compliance
Serve as point of contact for third party utility bill pay vendor and intern contact for Field Areas/Markets
Other duties as assigned by manager
Relationships:
Internal: Finance, Real Estate, Facilities Maintenance Leaders and Associates; Field Operations and Supply Chain/Operations Leaders and Associates.
External: Vendors and Service Providers
Minimum Qualifications:
Must possess a minimum of 2 years of experience in Real Estate or other relevant area
Proficiency Microsoft Office suite of programs
Ability to learn, adapt, change, keep up with new technologies as required by the job functions. Comfortable learning and working in various technology platforms and applications, such as CMMS(Maximo)
Strong project management skills, including stakeholder, timeline, and meeting management skills
Excellent communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation skills; comfortable and credible with both internal stakeholders and external audiences
A flexible, dynamic, self-demanding and proactive individual; able to motivate him/herself and others; easily accepts constructive input from others
Bias for action and track record of driving tangible impact. Can-do positive attitude and willingness to set a strong example for others to follow
