Job Description
- Communicate with drivers as needed
- Dispatch drivers to routes
- Accurately record driver arrival and departure times
- Update driver/route board in a timely manner
- Interact with customers as needed
- Verify customer delivery windows are being met
- Direct drivers to appropriate support resources
- Ensure all new drivers are trained per customer safety policies
- Ensure drivers have appropriate route specific information
- Coordinate out of service equipment with Safety/Equipment Manager and Maintenance
- Complete collision and/or injury reports
- Address issues that do not follow procedure
