Sr. Sitecore Developer.
We are seeking a highly expert Lead Developer with 10 to 15 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have extensive expertise in Sitecore including Workflow CMS Administration and Core Development. This role involves leading development projects ensuring high-quality work and contributing to the overall success of our digital solutions.
Roles/Responsibilities
1. Manage the delivery of the development team from Onshore and Offshore
2. Work with Business for requirements gathering, Architect team for any design approvals and other interfacing team for end to end workflow
3. Work on system design, implementation, scalability and interoperability of enterprise systems and web infrastructure
4. Sitecore systems implementation and hands-on development
5. Lead and participate in the introduction and implementation of new technologies and frameworks
6. Develop project deliverables, proof-of-concepts, and pilot new technologies
7. Ensures quality code delivery from the team members and vendors, including code review, verification against best practice, and quality testing
Required Qualifications.
1. Experience in Microsoft technologies
2. Strong understanding of CMS technologies and infrastructure as well as experience designing and deploying Sitecore application. Experience in Sitecore systems implementation
3. Experience in Sitecore SXA, Cortex, JSS Headless and forms modules is a plus. Experience with Glass Mapper, Castle Windsor, XM Cloud preferred
4. Experience with use of Sitecore xDB to create personalized user experience, implement Sitecore best practices as and when required
5. Must have good knowledge and experience with SOLR Search. Experience with either Unicorn or TDS is a plus. Knowledge of Azure deployment is a big boost. Should have experience in writing SQL queries and analyzing database logs
CERTIFICATIONS REQUIRED
SITECORE CERTIFIED PROFESSIONAL DEVELOPER SITECORE EXPERIENCE SOLUTION DEVELOPER CERTIFICATION
The annual salary for this position is between 81K – $163K depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
