We are seeking a Sr. Product Specialist with 6 to 8 years of experience to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills in stakeholder management and experience with iCertis. A background in Sales & Marketing is a plus. This role involves overseeing product development ensuring stakeholder satisfaction and driving product success.
Responsibilities
· Lead the product development lifecycle from ideation to launch.
· Oversee stakeholder management to ensure all parties are aligned and satisfied.
· Provide technical expertise in iCertis to streamline product processes.
· Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
· Analyze market trends to inform product strategy.
· Develop and implement product roadmaps.
· Ensure product meets quality standards and regulatory requirements.
· Conduct regular product reviews and updates.
· Facilitate communication between stakeholders and development teams.
· Monitor product performance and make data-driven decisions.
· Support sales and marketing teams with product knowledge.
· Identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
· Manage product documentation and training materials.
Qualifications
· Possess strong technical skills in stakeholder management.
· Have experience with iCertis.
· Demonstrate a background in Sales & Marketing is a plus.
· Exhibit excellent communication and collaboration skills.
· Show ability to analyze market trends and data.
· Display strong project management capabilities.
· Have a keen eye for detail and quality assurance.
· Be proficient in developing and implementing product roadmaps.
