Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Sr. Product Specialist (T) with 8 to 12 years of experience in Emerson DeltaV other DCS systems PLC and SCADA. The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background and a good understanding of manufacturing and supply chain domains. This hybrid role requires working primarily during the day shift with no travel requirements. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in optimizing our systems and ensuring seamless operations.


Responsibilities

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of Emerson DeltaV and other DCS systems to ensure optimal performance.
  • Oversee the integration of PLC and SCADA systems to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting for DCS PLC and SCADA systems to minimize downtime.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement system upgrades and improvements.
  • Develop and maintain documentation for system configurations processes and procedures.
  • Conduct regular system audits to ensure compliance with industry standards and best practices.
  • Train and mentor junior team members on system operations and troubleshooting techniques.
  • Monitor system performance and implement proactive measures to prevent issues.
  • Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to procure necessary hardware and software components.
  • Ensure all systems are aligned with the companys manufacturing and supply chain strategies.
  • Participate in project planning and execution to support business objectives.
  • Provide input on system design and architecture to enhance scalability and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to recommend improvements.
