Job Title: Mobile Technician
Location: Onsite in Cynthiana, KY (Traveling between three local sites)
Duration: 4 months to start
Shift: Monday through Friday, shift varies based on site needs

About the Role
As a Mobile Technician, you will provide support, preventive maintenance, and repairs for industrial systems, equipment, and facilities across multiple sites. This role includes maintaining plumbing, electrical, HVAC systems, and managing Building Management Systems (BMS).
Responsibilities:
- Perform ongoing preventive maintenance and repairs on mechanical, electrical, and other building systems.
- Assist with installations and modifications of building equipment.
- Review and manage work orders, estimate time and materials, and track completion.
- Ensure systems are operating efficiently and in compliance with safety regulations and building codes.
- Communicate clearly with clients, co-workers, and supervisors to handle inquiries or complaints.
- Follow detailed procedures and work routines, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and timely.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma, GED, or trade school diploma (or equivalent experience).
- Ability to lift/carry heavy loads (50 lbs. or more), stoop, stand, walk, and climb stairs/ladders.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to follow basic work standards.
- Basic math skills (calculating percentages, discounts, markups).
