Duration :3+ months
Pay Rate: $19.30/hr on W2
We are looking for a Maintenance Assistantto join one of our Fortune 500 Real Estate clients.
Job Summary:
We’re looking for a hands-on General Building Maintenance Technician to maintain and repair multiple office sites. You’ll handle light custodial work, minor repairs, patching/painting, and preventative maintenance while responding to work orders and assisting with vendor coordination.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform general maintenance and minor repairs
- Respond to work orders promptly
- Conduct preventative maintenance tasks
- Travel between 3 nearby sites
- Escort and supervise vendors
Qualifications:
- Education: High School Diploma
- Experience: 3+ years in commercial building maintenance
- Skills: Strong customer service, office-based building experience
- Physical: Able to lift/carry up to 50 lbs, climb ladders, and stand/walk for extended periods
