THE OPPORTUNITY

As HR Business Partner you will work with site leadership to provide solutions and intiatives to meet business needs and goals. Specifically, be a proactive advisor to the business and customize deployment of function initiatives and tools for the needs of the site client groups.

You will utilize a high level of business acumen and create value by understanding the business, strategically applying an enterprise mindset to the site's business strategy, providing insightful challenge and supporting implantation of strategies, tools, and processes utilizing data analytics.

Key responsibilities: HR Business Partner
  • Help site leaders envision, develop and execute a site People Strategy.
  • Maintain knowledge of trends, best practices, regulatory changes, and new technologies in human resources, talent management, and employment law.
  • Develop local Key HR Metrics, drive collaborative delivery of KPIs, and partner with the local plant leadership team in reviewing and executing mitigation plans.
  • Lead employee disciplinary meetings, terminations, and investigations.
  • Partner with COE teams who will provide deep functional HR expertise to help deliver customer-centric solutions by identifying gaps, opportunities or project assignments.
  • Participate in engagement, productivity, recognition, health and safety and training and development activities.
  • Partner with local leadership to drive site diversity, equity, and inclusion initiatives aligned with company goals.


ABOUT YOU
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources or Business-related field.
  • Master's Degree in HR or Business-related fields preferred.
  • PHR or SHRM-CP Preferred


ADDITIONAL INFORMATION
  • 7 - 10 years of relevant HR experience. Experience should be either in a generalist role or in multiple disciplines within the Human Resource function.
  • Experience working directly with manufacturing plants preferred
