What you will do

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced mid-level Product Management Transformation Leader to drive the evolution of our product management practices. This role as an individual contributor will be pivotal in leading the transformation of our product management processes, ensuring alignment with our strategic goals, and fostering a culture of innovation and excellence.

How you will do it

  • Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement a comprehensive product management transformation strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and objectives

  • Process Improvement: Identify and implement best practices in product management, including agile methodologies, to enhance efficiency and effectiveness

  • Team Development: Mentor and coach product managers, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional growth

  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support, to ensure cohesive product development and delivery

  • Innovation: Drive innovation by identifying market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape to inform product strategy

  • Performance Metrics: Establish and monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success of product management initiatives and drive accountability

  • Change Management: Lead change management efforts to ensure smooth adoption of new processes and tools across the organization

  • Customer Focus: Advocate for the customer by ensuring that product decisions are data driven and customer-centric.

What we look for

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred

  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in product management, with at least 5 years in a leadership role

  • Proven track record of leading product management transformations

  • Strong understanding of agile methodologies and product lifecycle management

  • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to think strategically and execute methodically

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities

  • Experience with change management and driving organizational change. Visionary and strategic thinker

  • Collaborative and team-oriented

  • Adaptable and resilient in a fast-paced environment

  • Passionate about innovation and continuous improvement.
