What you’ll do
You’ll provide safe transportation services to groups and individuals. It will be your responsibility to follow all safety and security procedures while maintaining a clean vehicle for residents and patients to travel in. You greet each passenger with a smile and assist them in and out of the vehicle as needed.
What it takes
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Completion of the Ohio Department of Aging DRIVE and defensive driving courses or willingness to complete
- Completion or willing to complete the Federal Transportation Administration drug and alcohol reasonable suspicion and post-accident training program if applicable
- Minimum four-hour Defensive Driving Certification through the National Safety Council or willing to obtain
- Must possess a valid driver’s license and acceptable driving record
- Class C Commercial Driver’s License (CDL) with passenger endorsement
- Must be a least 23 years old
