Our client in the insurance industry is seeking an EDI Data Production Analyst - Lead to join their team. As an EDI Data Production Analyst - Lead, you will be part of the Membership Data Coordinator team supporting data loads from various electronic media into the AS400 system. The ideal candidate will have strong technical knowledge, customer service focus, and multitasking ability which will align successfully in the organization.

Location: Mason, OH (Onsite - Hybrid 2-days week)
Pay Range: $20
What's the Job
- Efficiently and accurately load membership data into the AS400 system.
- Adhere to research and data processing guidelines while meeting established standards.
- Respond to client service team inquiries regarding data submission requirements in a professional and timely manner.
- Identify and resolve data issues proactively.
- Assist in coordinating the receipt, loading, tracking, and reporting of membership data.
What's Needed
- Detailed working knowledge of mainframe computers and systems.
- Proficient in basic personal computer operations.
- Strong working knowledge of software programs, specifically Excel and Access.
- Familiarity with electronic media and AS400 systems.
- 3-5 years of business experience, preferably in the insurance industry.
