What You’ll Do:
- Team Leadership: Supervise and assign tasks to work crews managing waste collection equipment, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
- Operational Oversight: Monitor daily operations, reassigning resources and adjusting staffing as needed to meet objectives.
- Safety & Compliance: Develop and implement safety protocols, conduct inspections, and ensure adherence to environmental, OSHA, and local regulatory standards.
- Customer Relations: Address customer concerns and complaints, ensuring top-notch service and satisfaction.
- Employee Development: Conduct performance reviews and provide guidance to help team members reach their full potential.
- Strategic Planning: Set and achieve both short-term and long-term operational goals to drive the company’s success.
What We’re Looking For:

- Educational Requirements: Bachelor's degree is required.
- Licensing: Must possess or be willing to obtain a CDL.
