Salary: $75,000 - $85,000 / year

Are you ready to take your restaurant leadership to the next level Join our team at Portland International Airport and lead an exciting portfolio of renowned brands like Juliett by Chef Table, Corner Market by Lardo, Deschutes Brewery, Hopworks Urban Brewery, and the soon-to-launch Oven and Shaker!
As an Airport Multi-Unit Restaurant Leader, you'll be at the forefront of all operations across multiple restaurants. From managing teams to optimizing P&L, your role will ensure that each unit runs smoothly while maintaining exceptional standards in hospitality, safety, and efficiency.
What You’ll Do:
- Lead and develop a team of Restaurant General Managers
- Drive success in all operational areas, including food cost, labor cost, and P&L oversight
- Foster a culture of excellence by training and retaining top-tier staff
- Maintain a high standard of cleanliness, safety, and adherence to policies
What We’re Looking For:
- 7+ years of progressive restaurant management experience
- 1+ year of culinary management experience
- 2+ years of multi-unit management with direct oversight of General Managers
- 5+ years as a General Manager in a full-service restaurant with a bar
- Expert-level P&L knowledge with a passion for coaching and development
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Teams, and Outlook
