What We Offer Our Full-Time Physical Therapists in Portland Oregon:

  • Salary $78,000 to $100,000.
  • Competitive salaries based on experience and specialty certifications.
  • Looking to grow in your orthopedics career while earning advanced certifications Our totalincentive and development package totals $30,000.
    • $15,000 sign-on bonusfor applicants who already hold an orthopedic or sports board certification.
    • $8,000 sign-on bonusfor clinical professionals
    • $5,000 additional bonusfor the completion of a residency or manual therapy certification
    • $15,000towards an orthopedic residency program with Evidence In Motion

Responsibilities:

  • Developing individualized treatment plans for patients
  • Outlining clear goals for patients and the expected outcomes of the plan
  • Using exercises, stretching, equipment, and hands-on therapy to manage patients’ pain, increase mobility, and prevent further pain and injury
  • Recording patients’ progress and modifying the plan of care if needed
  • Educating patients and family members about the recovery process
  • Physical Therapist licensure in good standing in state of practice.
  • CPR preferred.
