Shift: Days/ 8a-8:30p, 12x3, 36hrs/week,Saturday/Sunday/Monday
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- WV license
- Must have hospice experience 1 year or greater
- AHA BLS

# patients treated per day: 5-6 visits in 8 hours.
Common diagnosis / Types of patients Terminally ill patients in their homes or nursing facilities. Cancer, heart disease, lung disease, dementia all end stage diseases.

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
