Requirements:
- WA License
- 2 year of Skilled Long Term Care/Transitional Care Experience
- BLS
- IV Pumps, PVR, Wound Vacs , Central line blood draws, central line dressing change, IV pumps, Starting IV's. Experience in LTC / SNF / TCU skills required
- Previous Charge Experiencerequired
