3 / 12-hour shifts: Saturday, Sunday, and Monday!

Responsibilities - Service Technician:
- Perform auto repair work as outlined on the repair order accurately in accordance with dealership and factory standards
- Diagnose the cause of any malfunction and perform repair
- Efficiently repair automotive systems, including engine, transmission, electrical steering, suspension, brakes, air-conditioning, etc., in accordance with dealership standards
- Communicate with the parts department to obtain needed parts
- Examine the vehicle to determine if additional safety or service work is required. Notify the service advisor immediately if the additional work outlined is not needed or required
- Notify the service advisor immediately if repairs cannot be completed within the time promised
- Document work performed
- Keep shop area neat, and clean and be able to always account for all dealership-owned tools
- Must follow all company safety policies and procedures and immediately report all accidents to a manager or supervisor
- Income potential based on how many hours a technician can produce at agreed-upon hourly wage.
Qualifications/Requirements - Service Technician:
- At least 2 years’ Service Technician experience
- Dodge Certified Technician/ Diesel Certified Technician
- Certification is required!
- Ability to read and comprehend instructions and information.
- Must be a team player
- Valid driver's license and good driving record
