Job Title: Fine Dining Server
Hourly Rate: $18.00 - $22.00/hr + Bonuses

Job Requirements:
- Minimum 3-months of experience in sit-down fine dining or upscale restaurant service.
- Thorough understanding of upscale banquet service and steps of service.
- Strong understanding of food and beverage principles, including menu knowledge and wine pairing basics.
- Must be highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
- Dress Code Required: Pressed black or white button-down shirt, black tie and vest, black slacks, black shoes and socks. Neatly groomed with no facial piercings or visible tattoos.
- Physical Requirements: Ability to lift up to 35 lbs and remain standing for long periods.
Duties & Responsibilities:
- Exceptional Guest Service: Provide guests with a memorable and personalized dining experience, adhering to fine dining etiquette and standards.
- Menu and Wine Pairing Knowledge: Confidently explain menu items and suggest wine pairings based on guest preferences.
- Efficient Service: Take orders accurately, ensure prompt service, and work as a team to ensure all tables are served in a timely manner.
- Setup and Breakdown: Assist in setting up and breaking down event spaces, including tables, chairs, linens, and food stations.
- Maintain Cleanliness: Keep tableside presentations and service stations clean, following hygiene standards.
- Problem-Solving: Anticipate and address guest needs proactively, exceeding expectations and resolving any issues with professionalism.
