Is on-call REQ (Y/N): Yes, every third week TH-F-Sat-Sun.
Weekend REQ: (YES) : Frequency with two travelers it would be every 3rd weekend CVOR call only.

License REQ: SC or Multi State/Compact RN license

Special Requirements: CVOR entails CABG, VASCULAR and Thoracic Experience.
