Customer Service Engagement Specialist
Direct Hire in Hanover, PA 17331
Monday – Friday 7:45am-3:15pm
$14-$16 per hour to start based on experience level
Manpower is assisting a company local to Hanover in hiring a Customer Engagement Specialist. This role is with an AMAZING company that has been providing communities with behavioral and health services for over 40 years. The right candidate for this role will have strong attention to detail and great customer service skills.
In this role you will be responsible for the following:
- Work with external and internal programs to best assistcustomers.
- Answer incoming calls and customers visiting the facility
- Accurately scan, file, and update customer information
- assistCustomerEngagementManager with program administrative tasks.
- Obtain the highest level of customer service and confidentiality
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office. Experience with electronic medical records systems is a preferred.
- Problem solving skills, able to work independently and with others.
- Clear and effective communication skills.
