Are you a problem-solver with excellent organizational skills Our client is seeking an Account Specialistto join their team. As an Account Specialist, you will have the opportunity to work in a dynamic and challenging environment to work with customers on a daily basis, handle complaint requests, and enterdata into SAP software. This is a contracted position lasting about five months.

Pay Range:$22.25/hour
What's the Job
- Maintain a safe, clean, and healthy environment and ensure compliance with company rules and policies
- Receive customer complaint requests and enter applicable data into SAP (RMA Creation)
- Consistent communication with internal and external customers providing status updates to repairs and overhauls
- Work with other departments to maintain a sales forecast and track monthly sales completion to the plan.
- Prepare reports and cost estimates
What's Needed
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 2 years relevant experience
- SAP experience
- Microsoft Suite
