Michigan based insurer is seeking a VP Actuary with a strong Health background who can sign off on actuarial opinions & demonstrates strong leadership skills. Candidate will be involved in reserving & ratemaking, interact with a variety of departments, and give presentations to executives and the board of directors. The ideal candidate would have their FSA designation, 15+ years of actuarial experience, and a strong understanding of underwriting concepts. Medicare/Medicaid and/or Dental experience is a plus.
