Job Title: Dauphin Fixed Route Driver (CDL Required) – Full-Time
Location: Vehicle Pick-Up/Drop-Off at 901 N. Cameron Street, Harrisburg, PA
Compensation:
- Starting Pay: $27.75 per hour
- Increase to $29.29 per hour after successful completion of a 90-day probationary period
- Bi-weekly pay schedule

Pay rates and increases are based on the Collective Bargaining Agreement.
Position Overview:

Key Responsibilities:
- Safely and courteously transport passengers along scheduled routes
- Conduct vehicle inspections before and after shifts
- Maintain accurate records of trips, fares, and incidents
- Assist passengers with mobility devices, including wheelchairs
- Handle fare transactions and account for payments
- Communicate with dispatch via radio systems and follow safety protocols
- Respond to emergencies as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned by the Operations Supervisor or Site Manager
Qualifications:
- CDL Class A or B with Passenger Endorsement (P) and Air Brake Restriction Lifted (No “L”, “Z”, or “N” restrictions) at the time of application
(If you do not have this, consider applying for our Non-CDL Driver position.) - Availability: Flexible schedule required to work between Monday-Saturday, 3:00 AM – 11:30 PM, as per the needs of the Fixed Route Service.
