What We Are Looking For
We're looking for a line cook who brings passion and a solid skill culinary set to the table (pun intended). All our menu options are made from scratch in-house utilizing a variety of local suppliers.
What You'll Be Doing
- Preparing dishes efficiently and consistently, meeting our highest flavor and presentation standards
- Maintaining a clean, orderly workstation that follows all health and safety guidelines
- Ensuring supplies remain stocked and available
- Lending a hand wherever it's needed
What Qualifications You Need
- 1-3+ years of cooking experience, ideally in a restaurant or hotel setting
- Familiarity with various cooking methods, and competent knife handling skills
- Keen attention to detail
- Ability to memorize a diverse menu
- Efficient time management skills and ability to prioritize
- Passion for your craft and a desire to continuously improve
