Who we are looking for:
- Skilled Industrial Maintenance Mechanics/Techs looking for an opportunity to work at a facility with collaborative culture servicing unique industrial machines that produce essential products.Experience in the packaging industry servicing flexographic printing presses and blown film extruders is a plus. Sound industrial electrical background and a track record of success trouble shooting PLCs and working on industrial motor controls for 5+ years is required.

Wage
- Based on Experience | up to $39/hour
- **Weekend Shift offers an attendance Incentive: time and half Saturday and DOUBLE time Sunday
Hours:
2nd Shift
- Monday - Thursday 3pm - 1am & Friday 12-6pm
- $4/hour Shift Differential
Major Job Function:
- This position has the responsibility and will be accountable for providing the necessary services to repair and maintain the facility and equipment, to enable the production of products and meet customer and internal specifications with regard to quality, timeliness and cost effectiveness. The qualified candidate must have in depth troubleshooting skills with a high degree of industrial mechanical and electrical experience. Travel to a sister site within 150 miles of the Hartford WI facility will be required 1-2 times a quarter to assist with maintenance needs on a rotational basis.
Work Experience:
- Strong Industrial Electrical Experience in a manufacturing setting, specifically: Ability to read electrical schematics, Install control boxes, relays, switches, electrical cabinets & circuit breakers. Ability to trouble shoot, wire and repair complex and basic electrical issues on industrial machines. Electronic wiring up to 480V
- Industrial mechanical experience including experience trouble shooting PLCs and working on industrial motor controls, 5+ years' experience required.
- Experience working in the packaging industry on converting bag machines, flexographic presses or blown film extruders is a plus.
Education:
- HS Diploma or equivalent required
- Electrical or mechanical technical training and/or certifications preferred
