Epic Travel Staffing is hiring aTravel - PT - Outpatient Rehab
Shift: VariableDays, 8a-5p Monday-Thursday and Friday 7a or 8a to 12pm, 36 hrs per week, Mon-Fri
Length: 13 Weeks
Requirements:
- VT License
- 2 years CURRENT PT experience
- AHA BLS
- Must have VERTIGO experience (LSVT BIG Certification preferred)
- Graduate from an accredited school of Physical Therapy
- Previous Rehab Experience
- Previous travel experience
- CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
- Previous experience working with PTA'spreferred
Must be flexible - Will need to work Inpatient PT as needed
Will not consider any traveler who resides within 50 miles of facility

Pay rate is estimated based on weekly gross income.
Weekly gross pay based on qualifications and experience. Rate applies to travel positions only (50+ miles from permanent address).
Estimated Weekly Rate: $1858 per week
