Our client, a leader in the automotive industry, is seeking a Packaging Engineer to join their team. As a Packaging Engineer, you will be part of the Electrical Engineering (EE) Department, supporting EE components development teams. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and effective communication abilities, which will align successfully in the organization.

Pay Range: $45 - $51 per hour
What’s the Job
- Support EE components development with packaging and installation design activities.
- Design, develop, and review technical solutions, ensuring alignment with EE strategies.
- Secure the interests of electrical packaging and installation for ongoing and future projects.
- Make decisions on larger adjustments and propose new technical solutions.
- Support junior team members and serve as a role model for continuous learning and coaching.
What’s Needed
- Experience with CATIA CAD and willingness to use Creo.
- 5 years of relevant experience in packaging and installation design.
- Advanced knowledge in EE components development.
- Ability to work within given processes and procedures, making decisions on technical adjustments.
- Strong leadership skills, including supporting and developing junior team members.
