This Clinical Assistant will be responsible for:- Assisting clinician during examinations (i.e. obtaining, measuring and recording routine information such as weight, height, temperature, blood pressure, O2 saturation, and performing other related duties according to specific needs of clinic).
- Point of care testing
- Scheduling, receiving and/or registering patients, visitors and staff for appointments or procedures.
- Identifying and reporting unusual findings or changes in patient condition to Registered Nurse.
- Obtaining records, files and/or results for appointments and entering related information on appropriate computer systems.
- Answering, screening and routing telephone calls and performing general office support tasks.
- Transporting patients, supplies and equipment as needed.
To qualify, you must have:- 1 year CA experience, CNA Certification, or one round of clinical rotations.
- 1-3 years of pediatric experience preferred.
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Good communication skills and ability to work on a team
