Role: Oracle EPM FCC Architect
Location: Remote with Milestone Travel
Job Summary:
Oracle EPM Financial Consolidation & Close Architect who will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Oracle EPM FCC applications, as well as providing technical guidance and support to other team members and stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
· Design and develop Oracle EPM FCC applications according to the best practices and standards.
· Configure and customize Oracle EPM FCC functionalities, such as consolidation rules, ownership management, intercompany eliminations, currency translation, journal entries, close manager, supplemental data, and financial reporting.
· Integrate Oracle EPM FCC with other Oracle and non-Oracle systems, such as ERP, GL, HFM, Essbase, and BI tools.
· Perform data validation, reconciliation, and troubleshooting to ensure data accuracy and integrity.
· Provide technical leadership and guidance to other team members and stakeholders on Oracle EPM FCC architecture, design, development, and deployment.
· Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Oracle EPM FCC applications.
· Prepare and maintain technical documentation, such as design specifications, user manuals, and test cases.
· Provide post-implementation support and issue resolution for Oracle EPM FCC applications.
· At least 10+ years of experience in Oracle EPM FCC or HFM application design and development with minimum 2 end to end FCC implementation experience
· Strong knowledge of Oracle EPM FCC functionalities, features, and best practices.
· Experience in Oracle EPM FCC testing, debugging, and performance tuning.
· Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
Salary and Other Compensation:

The annual salary for this position is between $112,500/Year to $132,000/Year depending on the experience and other qualifications of the candidate.
This position is also eligible for Cognizant’s discretionary annual incentive program and stock awards, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant’s applicable plans.
