Expected salary range of $103,500 to $115,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).

PRIMARY PURPOSE OF POSITION

Provide oversight and act as a key point of contact to Constellation leaders and employees for the development, maintenance, enhancement, and oversight of security-related enterprise-wide training programs. Provide change management support for Constellation Cyber Security programs and initiatives. Work closely with the Constellation leadership team members to develop executive and corporate communication materials and presentations. Reports to Manager of Cyber Security Programs and Compliance.

  • Create, deploy, and support effective enterprise-wide security awareness training programs, phishing campaigns, and cyber security communications
  • Primary point of contact to Constellation leaders, employees, and contractors for educational support and assistance
  • Manage ongoing logistics for enterprise-wide security awareness and training programs and events
  • Engage in decision making to select and manage vendor relationships to provide appropriate security training solutions.

  • Design and distribute change management materials with respect to security controls certification, exceptions, and remediation
  • Work closely with the Constellation leadership team members to develop executive and corporate communication materials and presentations
  • Support drafting and coordination of Board of Directors presentations and materials.
  • Collaborate, verify, advise, and communicate with Corporate Functional Area Managers (CFAMs) related to
    • Facilitate Peer Group Meetings in order to determine appropriate actions
    • Update and socialization of program documents, policies, and procedures
    • Update job aids to accommodate changes and test prior to implementation to ensure quality messaging
    • Provide the business and technical team with a more holistic view of risk, regarding the system or technology of interest
    • Coordinate with external vendors and oversee financial management of vendor contracts.

PRIMARY DUTIES AND ACCOUNTABILITIES

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Cybersecurity, or Computer Science plus 5-8 years of relevant experience or, in lieu of a degree a minimum of 9-12 years of relevant experience.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills, both written and oral
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data, identify opportunities, determine solutions, identify and obtaining needed resources, and execute to completion
  • Demonstrated experience and understanding of facilitating training development programs
  • Demonstrated experience with organizational change management
  • Advanced ability to work with Excel and develop executive level PowerPoint presentations
  • Knowledge of security concepts, terminology, and tools

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

  • Advanced degree
  • Certification: Information Systems Audit and Control Association (ISACA), Certified Information Systems Security Professional (CISSP), SANS, and other related technical certifications
  • Intermediate skills and experience with PowerBI
