We’re seeking a future team member for the role of Senior Vice President, Business Process Management to join our Finance team. This role is located in Pittsburgh, PA- HYBRID.

The Corporate Staff Finance and Business Management organization is tasked with the consistent and effective management of segments across five pivotal domains:

  • Financial and Headcount Management: Ensuring precise control and oversight of financial resources and personnel allocations.
  • Management Reporting: Delivering comprehensive reports that inform and guide executive decision-making.
  • Governance / Regulatory Oversight: Upholding stringent governance standards and regulatory compliance across all operations.
  • Information Risk Management: Safeguarding sensitive information against potential risks and vulnerabilities.
  • Adhoc Projects and Support: Providing specialized support and managing a variety of projects that address specific organizational needs.
    • Oversee the requisition and approval process for new hires, and strategically manage talent redeployment as needed

In this role, you’ll make an impact in the following ways:

  • Contribute to the strategic direction of your line of business and where necessary partner with your peers in support of cross-organizational initiatives
  • Financials:
    • Partner with your peers in Finance and the People Team to establish the annual operating plan
    • Drive efficiency & expense tracking across the organization including execution, analysis and synthesizing of outcomes to drive actions
  • Workforce Management:
    • Lead the organization's headcount planning, ensuring monthly forecasts are accurate and up to date
  • Develop and execute process enhancements to effectively monitor headcount savings and operational efficiencies
  • Formulate and implement a location strategy that encompasses both the migration of functions and the integration of next-generation workplace planning
  • Monitor the intake of interns and campus analysts, incorporating them into the comprehensive workforce plan for the current and subsequent years.
  • Conduct regular reviews of job family taxonomy to maintain consistency and alignment with leadership team directives
  • Lead the development and execution of technical strategies for workforce analytics and reporting, supporting the Corporate Staff functions
  • Manage global floor plans and coordinate cross-divisional moves, ensuring seamless transitions and optimal space utilization
  • Business Analytics
    • Gather an analyze data for effective workforce management
    • Identify specific business opportunities and ways to capitalize on them
    • Coordinate with different department teams to improve productivity
    • Create reports, dashboards and visualization to help others understand business performance
  • Governance & Administration
    • Facilitate operational administration and governance of both reoccurring and ad-hoc actions.
    • Champion internal attestation and compliance efforts including but not limited to Personal Securities Trading, Sensitive Roles, and Consecutive leave designations
    • On behalf of Finance leadership, organize and facilitate routine staff meetings, town halls, off-sites, or other ad hoc meetings as needed.
  • Adhoc Projects and Support:
    • Actively engage in projects as allocated by either Finance Management or Corporate Staff leadership. May serve as a project lead, enlisting support from more junior staff or peers.
    • Development of efficient and automated solutions in the areas of responsibilities set out above
  • Assists in leading the design of a process, identifying all process goals, objectives, and components.
  • Defines all the roles and responsibilities associated with a process.
  • Drives creation of process requirements, functional requirements, and validation of solutions.
  • Oversees testing and process rollouts for highly complex or multiple enhancements. Identifies and defines the control points of the process and process integrations.
  • Directs activities that affect stakeholders across multiple functionalities for process development, implementation, and support.
  • Identifies risks, issues, or constraints that might hinder or prevent monitoring activities.
  • Identifies all business events, situations, or conditions that may initiate (trigger) a process to begin, or interrupt or stop the successful execution of a process.

To be successful in this role, we’re seeking the following:

  • Bachelor's degree in computer science or a related discipline, or equivalent work experience required
  • Certified Lean Six Sigma Black Beltpreferred
  • MBA is preferred but not required
  • 10-12 years of related experience required.
  • Experience in Business Management and Financial Planning & Analysis is required
