Part-Time Contractor Orientation Facilitator (Spanish)
Are you passionate about facilitating engaging orientations and fluent in both Spanish and English We have a fantastic opportunity for you! This part-time position, lasting one year, is based in Apple Grove, WV.
Schedule: Monday - Friday 7am - 11am
Pay rate: $20.00 - $25.00/depending on experience
Responsibilities:
- Energize and inspire new contractors with dynamic Spanish-language orientation sessions.
- Create and manage site access badges and passes for teammates, contractors, and visitors.
- Provide vital administrative and organizational support to our Safety Department.
- Maintain and organize Orientation Training Files with precision and flair.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Fluent in both Spanish and English.
- Proficient in MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, and Outlook.
- Skilled in creating, organizing, and managing documents and files.
- Minimum age of 18.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to adhering to safety protocols and guidelines.
