Position Summary:Performs various Facility Maintenance function needs from Electrical, plumbing, rough carpentry painting, and other building maintenance needs.Maintain and pm/repair building equipment, perform inspections, train and use various MHE equipment as needed.Work as team member with MHE techs and supervisor/manager.Position Responsibilities:- Building inspections, filling out forms includes fire extinguishers, eye wash, racking etc
- Installation of signage, rails, and any other building modifications
- Assist outside contractors when needed
- General maintenance prep work
- Work as maintenance battery tech, changing and watering MHE batteries
- Basic electrical work, drain snaking, plumbing, prep, and painting, drywall, rough carpentry
- Performs other related duties as assigned.
Qualification:
High School Diploma or Equivalent Experience
6 - 12 months building maintenance experience in warehouse and / or production environment
