We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Linear Associate Account Manager to join our team. This role reports to the Manager of Linear Ad Operations and collaborates closely with the Ad Operations team and sales teams to manage television Ad Sales accounts from booking to invoicing. The ideal candidate will take a leadership position within the sales team, providing valuable insights into advertiser behavior from both the buying and trafficking perspectives.This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is meticulous, thrives in a dynamic, fast-paced environment, and is eager to tackle new challenges while making a significant impact.

In this role, you will:

  • Lead all deal account management and maintenance for assigned advertisers, acting as the primary point of contact for ad agencies and sales teams.
  • Oversee the booking of commercial inventory, implement agency requests and schedule changes, and ensure deal accuracy with traffic instructions.
  • Provide ongoing feedback to improve operational efficiencies.
  • Ensure booked deal amounts align with advertiser purchases and resolve invoice discrepancies to achieve collection targets and improve cash flow.
  • Collaborate with Accounting to execute pricing adjustments and handle invoice modifications as needed.
  • Work with the traffic team to ensure that booked inventory matches traffic instructions, escalating issues when necessary.
  • Maintain strong relationships with buying agencies, creative agencies, traffic agencies, and internal departments supporting Customer Marketing and Sales.
  • Respond to evolving business needs and tasks set forth by management, ensuring agency positioning and programming requirements are met.
  • Adhere to department Service Level Agreements and maintain consistent, high-quality account management.

The ideal candidate:

  • Has 1-2 years of experience in a related industry, with proven leadership and problem-solving skills.
  • Is familiar with media planning, booking, invoicing processes, and traffic team operations.
  • Can work independently and as part of a collaborative team, excelling in a fast-paced environment.
  • Enjoys working under deadlines and can streamline workflows to enhance operational efficiency.
  • Has experience working with internal and external vendors and is adaptable to various ad management systems (experience with similar tools is beneficial).

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $29to $33 hourly. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
