Our client, a leading chemical manufacturing company, is seeking a Maintenance Electrician to join their team. As a Maintenance Electrician, you will be part of the Facilities Maintenance Department supporting various teams. The ideal candidate will have strong technical skills, a strong safety focus, and excellent communication skills, which will align successfully with the organization.
Job Title: Maintenance Electrician
Location: Cincinnati, USA
Pay Range: $27-$30.50/hr.
What’s the Job
- Comply with all safety requirements resulting in zero safety violations. This includes participating in all safety-related activities such as safety talks, behavioral-based safety observations, audits, etc.
- Set up and operate electronic instrumentation and related electromechanical or electro-hydraulic apparatus involved in the testing of mechanical, structural, or electrical equipment.
- Select, install, and calibrate instrumentation and circuitry.
- Perform preventive and corrective maintenance.
- Provide emergency/unscheduled repairs of production equipment during production.
What’s Needed
- Strong electrical background and maintenance skills for both commercial and industrial applications.
- At least 5-9 years of experience as a preventative maintenance technician.
- Advanced knowledge of working with control and 480-volt electrical circuits.
- Proficient knowledge of hydraulic pneumatic systems.
- Welding and fabrication experience.
