Start Dates:
Start dates for new graduate RNs are biweekly throughout the year.
Incentives and Benefits:

- Mercy Stay Premium Pay Program. RNs are eligible for $2.00/hr increase at 2, 5, 10, 15 and 20 years of services with Mercy. Part-time RNs get $1.00/hr.

- 24 hours of PTO (frontload) available after department orientation
- Health/Dental/Vision available day one
Qualifications:
- Required Education: Graduate of an accredited Nursing Program.
- License: current RN license in our state.
- Certifications: Basic Life Support certification through the American Heart Associationbefore caring for patients independently.
- Preferred Certifications: NIHH Stroke Scale and SAFE
- Other: Excellent communication, analytical and organizational skills are required, and must be familiar with a variety of the field's concepts, practices, and procedures. Must be able to operate various types of office equipment, including a computer, fax machine, telephone, printer and copy machine.
