Our Mobile Veterinary Supervisors are responsible for many aspects of the veterinary clinics they supervise. This includes recording accurate and detailed pet records and bio notes, collaborating with the field office leadership team, reporting incidents and maintaining a great relationship with our retail partners.

Job Overview:
- Collectpayment,dispenseand labelmedication, and reviewsdischarge paperwork with petparents
- Knowledgeablein safe restraint of pets for wellness procedures including vaccines, nail trims andmicrochipping
- Works together with members of the office leadership team to coach, mentor,and inspire veterinary clinicassistants
- Activelyparticipatesin the development of veterinary clinic assistants, monitoringprocesses, procedures, and pet parentinteractions
- Maintains a clean and sanitary work environment by disinfecting surfaces and equipment between eachpet
- Responsible for all aspects(outside of medical decisions)of the clinic they supervise, includingrecordingaccurateand detailedpet records andbio notes, reporting all incidents to the correct parties, and beingtimelyinsubmittingany paperwork to their leadershipteam
- Shares the responsibility of driving thevan to and from clinicsresponsibly,loadingand unloadingthe vans upon arrival and departure (Community Clinics)
- Knowledgeableonour services and products
- Proficient in making strongrecommendationsbased on an understanding of canine and feline diseases to every pet every time based on pet’slifestyle
- Promotesa culture of safety ineachclinic and livesour values while reinforcing our brand promise with pet parents,partners,and teammembers
- Ability to executeinventory processes, includingmaintainingaccurateproduct counts,andunderstandingexpirationdates for vaccines, medication,products, anddiagnosticsupplies
- Ability to direct the clinic flow byutilizingeffective communication,organization,and time managementskills
- Actively engages in weekly or biweekly 1-on-1s with office leadershipfor continuedleadershipdevelopment
- Providescustomer service to pet parents by answering questions andassistingthem through the clinicprocess
- Achievesgoals as set bytheirmanager including dollars per pet, pets per clinic, preferred product and microchipssold
- Establishes andmaintainseffective relationships with pet parents andpartners
- Other duties as assigned
MinimumQualifications:
- Must be 18 years of age orolder
- Valid driver’s license
- Must be able to work weekends, varied weekdays and times, occasionalovernights
- Reliable transportation to and from work
- Present professional appearance and positive conduct
- Punctuality and dependabilityare highlyvalued
- Must be able to drive a company vehicle for long hours and in various terrain and weather conditions.Portionof workday spent in vehicle. (VIP Petcare Community Clinics)
- Some outdoor clinic work and activities may benecessary
- Must be able to work for prolonged periods of time in the field, including 12–14-hourdays
Education Requirements:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required
Preferred Qualifications:
- Previouscustomer service sales experience
- Previousleadership experience
- Navigate computerhardware(iPad, Bluetooth devices and more)
- Strong organizational,problem-solving,and analytical skills
- Ability to work within a team to meet team goals andobjectives
- Comfort level in approaching host location’s customers to educate about ourclinics
- Abilitytoadapt to changingpriorities
Physical Requirements:
- Ability toperform the essential job functions consistently safely and successfullywith the ADA, FMLA and other federal,state,and local standards, including meeting qualitative and/or quantitative productivity standards.
- Ability tomaintainregular, punctual attendance consistent with the ADA, FMLA and other federal,state,and local standards.
- Must be able to lift and carry up to 50 lbs.
