Sodexois seeking aPatient Services Manager 2to join our food service team atRenown Regional Medical Center,located inReno, NV. Renown Health is the region’s only Level II Trauma Center, serving over 1 million people and 100,000 square miles. The successful candidate will:
- Work withthe culinary teamand other managers to oversee daily operations to ensure a smooth flow of food services to patients;
- Effectively manage a high volume patient tray line operation;
- Evaluate and develop service levelsfor the overall Patient Services Program;
- Ensure company food and physical safety programs and standards are followed
- Oversee cash handing processes, and POS programming and maintenance;

- aCertified Dietary Manager (CDM)

Qualifications & Requirements:
Basic Education Requirement -Associate's Degreeor equivalent experience
Basic Management Experience - 2 years
Basic Functional Experience - 2 years work experience in food or culinary services including restaurants, fast food, vending, catering services, institutional services, mall food courts, etc.
